Harman-Pardon


Couldn't help but post this new dish. Brown rice cooked with coconut oil and topped with a mush that consists of raw almonds, raw walnuts, black grapes (with seeds), banana, soy milk all processed in a chopper. Perfect!

Dear Loserchef,

I'd like to just warn against regular consumption of coconut oil. It has 90% saturated fat content, and therefore is not very good for cardiovascular health.

It does, however, make a very good moisturizer.

Please exercise care in consuming this oil.
