First potato-based dish

I had never cooked potatos in my life. I found a few big potatos at home and they had started growing little branches, which means they would be too poisonous to eat soon. I called my mom -who is a lawyer with a super busy social life and hence a very poor cook- all the way in Turkey to ask if it's still okay to eat these. She told me to check if they had turned green on the inside, which means they're poisonous. There was a light green color in parts but I sliced those parts away until I reached the yellow colored parts. I despise all knowledge but it can sometimes save life. The thing is, why should we try to save life? What makes life better than death? Nothing, because we don't know anything about death.

Anyway, I did not bother to peel the skin of the potatoes. First of all, and this should be an addition to the manifesto, don't peel the skin of any fruit / vegetable off. That is too pretentious. Second, the skin of the potato has lots of vitamin. All you need to do is wash it well, because it also has sand, dust, and dog poo. Some of the vitamin comes from the dog poo, but ewwwww Loser Chef! You are disgusting!!!!

Alright, so I boiled the potatoes after slicing them into weird geometric figures. Here's another addition to the manifesto: Don't slice things neatly (like cubes). It's way too pretentious. They boiled for about 25 min when they were quite soft. I drained the water and put them aside. I found some broccoli and I reasoned you only eat the head of a broccoli, so I chopped the other things away (but I regret it, I should've eaten the whole thing, why not?). I started cooking the broccoli and as usual it started sticking to the pan so I added some canola oil and some milk. Broccoli and milk turn out to be a good pair. I cooked until some of the milk was soaked into the broccoli.

I had left over pasta so I dumped it in. I found some rotting cheese and what better use for it than adding it in the mix? The other ingredients were capers, ground pepper, and lettuce.

There's so much of this thing, it will feed me for a week. Hmmmmpphhhhhh...
